My client is a global leader in dairy ingredients. They are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Supply Chain Manager to lead and optimise our end-to-end supply chain operations across Asia. This role is pivotal in ensuring seamless coordination between procurement, logistics, planning, and customer service functions to support business growth and operational excellence.

Your new role

• Lead regional supply chain strategy and execution, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Oversee demand and supply planning, inventory management, and order fulfilment processes.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve service levels.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with commercial, finance, and operations teams to ensure supply chain agility and responsiveness.
• Manage relationships with third-party logistics providers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with import/export regulations and sustainability standards.
• Utilise data analytics and ERP systems (e.g., SAP) to support decision-making and performance tracking.

What you'll need to succeed

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in supply chain roles, with at least 3 years in a managerial capacity.
• Proven track record in managing complex supply chain operations within the food or FMCG industry.
• Strong analytical, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency in SAP and advanced Excel; experience with S&OP processes is a plus.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
