This hybrid role blends hands-on accounting with project-based initiatives, offering strong visibility to senior stakeholders across finance, actuarial, and risk teams.
- Preparation and review of financial and regulatory reports
- Liaison with auditors and regional finance teams to ensure timely group submissions
- Managing IFRS 17-related deliverables, including process documentation and systems impact
- Supporting finance transformation projects and enhancing internal controls
What you'll need to succeed
To thrive in this role, you’ll need at least 4–6 years of experience with a strong foundation in Big 4 audit and subsequent commercial exposure in the insurance or financial services industry.
A working understanding of IFRS 17 is crucial. Strong technical skills, stakeholder management abilities, and a proactive approach to problem-solving will be key. Experience in reinsurance or broader insurance lines is highly desirable.
