What you'll need to succeed

• Lead and develop claims team to effectively handle settlements and denials with clients and intermediaries
• Oversee relationships with direct customers and business partners to ensure service excellence
• Manage A&H claims operations across Asia, ensuring alignment with regional objectives
• Review claims procedures and drive process improvements for operational efficiency
• Collaborate with business partners on marketing initiatives to support growth and visibility
