Your new role

As the Head of KYC/CDD you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless management of Client Due Diligence (CDD) processes. You will act as a trusted advisor to the Wealth Management and Corporate Banking businesses, leveraging your in-depth knowledge of AML and CFT regulations. Your responsibilities will include overseeing the preparation of CDD documentation, conducting in-house surveillance reviews, and leading process improvement initiatives. You will collaborate closely with key stakeholders to address any gaps in CDD reviews, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and enhancing the efficiency of the bank's operations.

What you'll need to succeed

You’ll be able to demonstrate relevant previous experience in CDD, as well as:

• 10 or more years of experience in the banking industry, with a focus in Private Banking/Wealth Management is essential to your success

• Prior experience in a leadership role demonstrating strong people management skills

• In-depth knowledge of AML/CFT regulations and MAS guidelines

• Strong analytical, organisational, and communication skills

• Professional Compliance certificates and its equivalent will be an added advantage
