Your new role
You will be working very closely with the Head of HR to drive, and implement the compensation and benefits strategy for the company. You will be developing and refining competitive compensation structures, rewards and equity programs, commission schemes, and rewards strategies. As part of a collaborative team, you will also be working closely with various local and regional business stakeholders to ensure alignment with organisational goals and keeping up to date with trends and changes within the fast-moving industry.
What you'll need to succeed
Our client is seeking an experienced C&B Manager with ideally more than 10 years of experience and have a proven track record in both consulting and in-house experience would be preferred. Regional experience in supporting the development of a holistic total rewards strategy and programs would be a plus. Lastly, someone with a positive attitude and a collaborative team player with a resilient mindset.What you need to do now
