My client is looking for a Retail Supply Chain Solutions Director to take charge of optimising the forecasting and replenishment capabilities. You'll be at the forefront of integrating cutting-edge solutions, driving efficiency, and delivering significant impact across the retail and supply chain operations in Singapore.

Your new role

• Strategise & Lead: Develop and execute the strategic roadmap for forecasting and replenishment, guiding teams to deliver excellence.

• Collaborate & Influence: Partner with key stakeholders across store operations, category management, and IT to define requirements and align priorities.

• Mentor & Grow: Lead, inspire, and develop a talented team

• Impact & Report: Define KPIs, monitor performance, and present insights to senior leadership, driving continuous improvement in forecasting accuracy and replenishment efficiency.

What you'll need to succeed

• Exceptional leadership skills and the ability to engage with senior leaders.

• Deep domain expertise in supply chain and retail store operations.

• Hands-on experience in implementing and managing leading Auto Replenishment and Inventory platforms.

• Strong stakeholder management and communication capabilities.

• A strategic mindset coupled with operational excellence.
