• Supervise end-to-end warehouse activities including inbound, outbound, inventory control, and order fulfilment to meet client SLAs and ensure operational efficiency.
• Lead, train, and coordinate a team of warehouse staff, ensuring task distribution, productivity, adherence to SOPs, and a strong safety culture through daily briefings and ongoing support.
• Ensure accurate stock control through regular cycle counts, discrepancy investigations, and efficient use of WMS/ERP systems with precise documentation.
• Track key KPIs and collaborate on process enhancements and cost-saving initiatives to optimise operations.
• Enforce HSE policies, report and investigate incidents, and maintain a clean, organised, and compliant warehouse environment in line with internal and regulatory standards.

What you'll need to succeed

• Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Min 2 years of logistics or warehouse operations with management experience
• Skilled in using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and Microsoft Office tools.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills; able to perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Willing to work extended hours or shifts as needed
