Your new role
- You will manage a team of 30+ to oversee daily plant operations to ensure efficient production, quality control, and adherence to safety standards, while coordinating with departments like Maintenance, Safety, and QA/QC.
- You will support logistics and supply chain activities to ensure timely, cost-effective delivery of materials and smooth coordination with partners and internal teams.
- You are expected to promote a strong safety culture, ensure compliance with HSE policies and regulations, and lead incident investigations with preventive measures.
- You'll lead and mentor a team of engineers, operators, and logistics staff, fostering a high-performance culture aligned with company objectives.
- Collaborate with senior management to support strategic initiatives and drive operational improvements and investments.
What you'll need to succeed
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant Engineering subject.
- 10–15 years of experience in chemical plant operations, including 5+ years in a managerial role.
- Strong leadership in health, safety, and environmental compliance.
- Excellent skills in communication, planning, and team management.
- Proficient in ERP systems, process control technologies, and continuous improvement tools.
