My client specialises in designing and manufacturing innovative interconnectivity products and is looking for an HR Executive to join the team.
Your new role
Main Duties And Responsibilities To Be Accomplished:
• Recruitment and selection activities for the Singapore and Thailand offices. This will include initial candidate sourcing and screening.
• Responsible for the full-spectrum of on-boarding activities, such as arrangement of pre-employment check-ups, office equipment set-up, benefits enrollment, communication, and other relevant necessary on-boarding procedures.
• Ensures complete, accurate and accessible personnel records are kept for all employees.
• Ensures the timely submission of government claims and reports.
• Provide support to the HR Manager for employee relations activities and communication within the office.
• Assist in training logistics arrangements.
• Provide HR-related advice, as applicable and within his/her capacity, to the company’s employees.
• Assist in payroll administration and management.
• Assist in office management administration work.
• Other ad-hoc HR and office administrative projects and duties as and when required.
What you'll need to succeed
• At least a Degree/Diploma in Human Resources/Business or any equivalent course is an advantage.
• Min. 3 years of HR generalist experience.
•Possesses good working knowledge of the best HR practices and procedures
