Your new role
As Order Management Specialist, your responsibilities will include but not limited to:
- Process cross-country customer enquiries, quotations, and sales orders in coordination with the sales team.
- Prepare and manage sales-related documentation, including order confirmations, invoices, and delivery notes.
- Coordinate with production and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery and monitor inventory levels.
- Maintain and update customer records, pricing lists, and contract details.
- Act as a communication bridge between sales representatives, customers, and internal departments.
- Track sales performance, prepare regular reports, and ensure compliance with chemical safety regulations.
What you'll need to succeed
- Min Diploma qualification (preferably in Business Administration, Chemistry, Industrial Management)
- 2+ years of relevant experience, preferably in the chemical or manufacturing industry.
- Strong organisational, communication, problem-solving skills and attention to detail - able to work in a fast-paced environment.
