A leading player in the rubber commodities sector is conducting a confidential search for an experienced International Trading Manager. This high-impact role involves managing global trading activities for SMR products, with a strong focus on supplying to tyre manufacturing clients worldwide.

Your new role

• Lead international sales and trading of SMR products.
• Build and maintain strategic relationships with global tyre manufacturers.
• Negotiate contracts, pricing, and delivery terms across diverse markets.
• Monitor market trends and regulatory developments in the rubber industry.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth trade execution.
• Represent the company at global trade shows and client meetings.

What you'll need to succeed

• 10+ years of experience in international trading, preferably in rubber or related commodities.
• Strong understanding of SMR specifications and global trade practices.
• Proven success in managing B2B relationships with tyre manufacturers.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
• Willing and able to travel frequently across Asia, Europe, and the Americas.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, International Trade, or related field.
