Your new role

• Develop and execute sub-regional business strategies aligned with freight forwarding and regional goals

• Oversee full Profit and Loss responsibility for the Road Network department across Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Vietnam, and Indonesia; ensure budget achievement and departmental profitability.

• Lead, coach, and manage cross-country teams to achieve productivity, customer satisfaction, and operational excellence targets while fostering a high-performance culture.

• Drive commercial initiatives and partnerships, including profit-sharing arrangements, to expand the customer portfolio and strengthen market presence in the sub-region.

• Ensure all road network operations adhere to local regulations, compliance standards, and policies deliver high service quality and operational efficiency.

• Manage key stakeholder relationships and collaborate with regional legal teams to support risk mitigation, ensuring decisions align with legal and corporate governance standards.

What you'll need to succeed

• Degree/Master’s in Business with 8–10 years' industry experience, including 7+ years in management.

• Skilled in multimodal logistics, exports, invoicing, and system tools.

• Strong sales and customer insight with excellent presentation skills.

• Effective team leader with cross-cultural collaboration abilities.

• Analytical and proactive with strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.

• Financially savvy with a focus on profitability and business growth.
