What you'll need to succeed

• Minimum 15 years of experience in Trust and Fiduciary services.
• Identify new business opportunities, lead onboarding efforts, and craft solutions tailored to client needs.
• Maintain close working relationships with Client Relationship Officers & Wealth Managers, assisting them with technical and practical matters related to Wealth Management services.
• Leadership and interpersonal skills to manage teams and engage stakeholders.
• Awareness of industry best practices and cross-jurisdictional regulatory frameworks.
• Holds a relevant professional qualification in trust and fiduciary management.
