A conglomerate is looking for a Treasury Manager to join their Singapore office.

Your new role

Reporting directly to the Group Finance Controller, you will primarily be in charge of the end-to-end treasury function of the group.

• Cash Flow Management: Ensure sufficient cash for daily operations and new projects through effective cash flow planning and blackout calendar execution.
• Liquidity Optimisation: Manage cash concentration, funding, and disbursement to optimise liquidity.
• Debt Management: Oversee debt portfolio, monitor repayment schedules, and propose optimisation strategies considering long-term cash requirements and market factors.
• Resource Allocation: Allocate debt and cash to support sustainable growth, company initiatives, and divisional goals.
• Loan Negotiation: Negotiate loan terms, including fees and spreads, while ensuring compliance with key requirements.
• Covenant Compliance: Ensure adherence to financial covenants in bank loans.
• 7. Banking Relationships: Manage banking relationships, respond to bank enquiries, and resolve issues.
• 8. Reporting: Provides regular updates to Management on cash, financing, and investment performance.
• 9. Risk Management: Identify potential risk factors impacting cash flow requirements.
• 10. Treasury Operations: Oversee bank account management, payment, and disbursement processes.

What you'll need to succeed

You will require at least a Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy, Finance or Economics with at least 10 to 15 years of treasury experience. You have experience of engaging with different asset classes and understand the nuances involved in a business where revenue and debt can be volatile. You are someone who is a strong team player, and able to engage well with the various key stakeholders.
