Product Manager - Digital Brokerage
Major Fintech in Singapore is seeking for Product Manager to shape their product portfolio and innovation

Your new role
As Product Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Lead the entire product lifecycle, from initial concept to market launch, ensuring seamless execution.
- Develop and implement product strategies that align with business objectives and capitalize on market opportunities.
- Manage the full product development process, from ideation to final delivery, maintaining high quality and user satisfaction.
- Collaborate closely with teams across Business, Technology, Compliance, Risk, and UX to create impactful and effective solutions.
- Provide project management expertise and lead key project work streams, following the full project life cycle and project governance processes
- Coordinate project activities among functional and technical team members and consultants.
- Establish and maintain risk assessment to identify and assess the material risks that arise in their area of responsibility
- Build and maintain relationships across the organization to facilitate achievement of strategic goals throughout the project lifecycle.
What you'll need to succeed
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field, such as computer science, information technology, computer engineering or another closely related discipline.
- Proven track record and experience in Product Management within a digital brokerage, trading platform, or fintech environment, preferably with exposure to Futures and FX.
- At least 3-5 years of IT application project management experience in Agile or Hybrid methodology.
- Familiarity with financial market regulations (e.g. MAS) and risk management principles.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively across diverse teams and stakeholders.
