A global investment bank is seeking a Team Assistant for Digital Banking Activation!
We are seeking a proactive individual to join our team and participate in our digital activation initiative. In this role, you will support Client Advisors in assisting clients with digital banking activation and platform usage. Collaborating closely with team leaders, you'll ensure impeccable client experiences and follow up promptly and professionally with Markets and clients for any inquiries. Building strong relationships with Client Advisors/MTHs will be crucial.
The responsibilities:
To participate in the digital activation initiative by supporting Client Advisors to assist their clients on the digital banking activation and platform usage
Working closely with team leaders to deliver impeccable client experience
Following up in a timely and professional manner with Markets and clients for their enquiries
To build excellent relationship with CAs/MTHs
What you need to succeed:
University degree
Client-focused and attention to detail
Good communicator and problem solver
Singapore local / PR holder only
