Your new role

• You will take a strategic leadership role in delivering mechanical engineering solutions for a wide range of building projects.
• Oversee and coordinate multidisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality design outcomes and project success
• Champion the use of digital engineering tools, including BIM, to streamline workflows and enhance project efficiency
• Collaborate with clients to understand their goals and provide innovative, cost-effective engineering solutions
• Monitor project risks and ensure adherence to safety, quality, and financial performance standards
• Provide mentorship and technical guidance to junior engineers, fostering a culture of learning and excellence

What you'll need to succeed

• A Professional Engineers Board (PEB) recognised degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• Over 10 years of experience in a consultancy setting
• Demonstrated ability to lead complex projects and manage technical teams
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
• A proactive, collaborative mindset with a strong focus on client outcomes
