About the Role
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Client Services Manager to join our Private Wealth Management team in Singapore. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about delivering exceptional service to high-net-worth clients.
Key Responsibilities
Client Servicing:
Liaise with internal business units to ensure client documentation compliance
Promptly follow up and resolve client queries
Handle client order taking and understand their overall relationship with the bank
Operational Support:
Trade booking and settlement
Resolve settlement and funding issues
Follow up on margin calls and collateral issues
Manage transactional documentation
Policy Adherence:
Administrative Tasks:
What We’re Looking For
✅ Fluent in English and at least intermediate proficiency in Bahasa/Malay
✅ Degree holder with 1–2 years of relevant experience in financial services, preferably in client-facing roles
✅ Holder of CACS Paper 1 & 2
✅ Strong knowledge of private banking investment products (FX, Equities, Fixed Income, Derivatives)
