Your new role
As an Assistant/Senior Assistant Manager, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the CFO. This includes:
As an Assistant/Senior Assistant Manager, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the CFO. This includes:
- Partnering with key stakeholders and preparing proposals for pilot initiatives
- Perform analysis for special projects to support management in decision-making
- Review department purchase/unbudgeted and other ad hoc requests to ensure compliance with policies and procedures
- Co-ordinate timelines and reviews for annual budgeting cycles
- Review workflows and identify gaps/potential in processes and propose appropriate rectifications
- Assist in governance of access rights for financial systems
What you'll need to succeed
- Minimum 2-5 years in accounting & finance, Healthcare Management or Strategic Planning roles.
- Minimum 2-5 years in accounting & finance, Healthcare Management or Strategic Planning roles.
- Flexibility, agility and ability to handle situations with an eye for details
- Strong written and communication skills
- Strong analytical skills and possess data extraction and mining capabilities
