Your new role
In a client-focused, relationship-driven environment, you will take charge of resolving customer challenges with efficiency and expertise, ensuring their needs are met with exceptional solutions. You will also be playing a vital role in empowering Relationship Managers to strengthen and expand valuable client partnerships.

• Address customer queries and deliver effective solutions to their issues.
• Managing trade life cycle for clients and stakeholders.
• Perform regular service reviews with key clients and promptly address any concerns.
• Assist in organizing in-house training programs for clients.
• Visit key customers independently and alongside Relationship Managers (RMs) within the region.
• Build and maintain strong connections with existing and potential clients.
• Identify prospective clients' needs in settlement and custody services, collaborating with RMs to provide tailored solutions.
• Assist with team responsibilities such as handling documentation, agreements, and Know Your Customer (KYC) processes.

What you'll need to succeed

• Degree/diploma in related discipline
• At least 5 years of relevant experience in trade operations or RM experience, highly advantageous to have both
• Communication skills
