A real estate investment firm is looking for a Finance Controller to join their Singapore office.

Your new role

As a Finance Controller, you'll be responsible for leading our finance function, providing strategic financial guidance, and partnering with our CEO and leadership team to drive business growth and profitability. You'll oversee financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and risk management, while also ensuring compliance with financial regulations and standards.

What you'll need to succeed

- Proven experience as a senior finance leader in a similar industry or company
- Strong financial acumen, strategic thinking, and leadership skills
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data and make informed decisions
- Experience with financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting tools and systems
