My client is a cutting-edge robotics and defense tech startup that is seeking an experienced HR Executive/Generalist to develop and lead strategic people operations. As a key member of their scaling team, you'll help attract, retain, and develop top talent, driving business growth and innovation.
Your new role
Establish Core HR Infrastructure
- Design and implement HR policies, procedures, and systems
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and industry best practices
Talent Acquisition and Onboarding
- Develop structured hiring processes and employer branding strategy
- Implement Applicant Tracking System and improve onboarding experience
Employee Engagement and Performance Management
- Design employee engagement programs and performance review framework
- Establish training and development programs and internal communication strategies
Compensation, Benefits, and Payroll
- Benchmark and implement competitive compensation structures
- Manage payroll processing, benefits programs, and ensure equitable pay practices
Company Culture and Diversity Initiatives
- Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives
- Design and implement culture-building activities and advise leadership on strategic recommendations
What you'll need to succeed
5+ years of progressive HR experience with demonstrated competence in all functional areas
Degree in Business with HRM major or equivalent
Familiarity with Singapore Employment Laws and market practices
Proven experience administering HR policies and practices
Prior experience in start-ups or small set-ups
