You will be working with one of the leading asset management companies by supporting their offices around South Asia region.
Your new role
As an IT Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Manage and organize both local and global business applications, projects, and developments.
- Provide second-line support for all business applications and systems.
- Offer business insights and technical expertise across various sites, continuously seeking opportunities for improvement within the team, processes, and procedures.
- Oversee changes in the development and implementation of regional and global applications and IT systems.
- Manage the regional IT budget, preparing and controlling overall IT costs.
What you'll need to succeed
- Degree in Information Technology, or a related field.
- At least 10 years of relevant industry experience with domain knowledge in financial services and asset management.
- Strong understanding of the project management lifecycle and AI applications, ideally with PMP certification
- Proven experience in interacting with senior IT and business management.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills to work effectively across diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Exceptional problem analysis and solving skills, with the ability to quickly understand complex issues and set priorities based on technical and strategic considerations
