Office Admin/Assistant to GM
Your new company
We are looking for an office admin/assistant to the General Manager for a family office.
Your new role
- Handle general administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and record keeping.
- Independently manage all aspects of family office backend operations, coordinating with vendors and service providers to ensure smooth operations.
- Assist with coordinating meetings, conferences, appointments, ad-hoc travel arrangements.
- Maintain accurate financial records, including accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Prepare and process invoices, receipts, and payments.
- Assist in preparing and submitting required reports and filings.
- Assist in budgeting and expense tracking to help manage the company's finances effectively.
- Work closely with external vendors such as accountants/lawyers to coordinate operations work.
- Prior corporate secretarial experience is advantageous.
- Ensure compliance with local tax regulations, labour laws, and other applicable laws.
What you'll need to succeed
- Proficiency in excel is a must.
- Proven experience as an Office admin or similar role, with a track record of managing office operations independently.
- Excellent time management and organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Ability to work autonomously
