My client is a Japanese-based renowned footwear firm.
Your new role
As the Retail Operations Assistant Manager, you will work closely with the team to drive and deliver retail productivity and profitability, KPI growth, CRM and customer service excellence across all local retail stores. You will be responsible for all retail sales and operations of the Singapore business, such as but not limited to: weekly/monthly performance reports, store operations, store expenditures, store schedule, inventory checks. You will also provide and support leadership for new business expansion, as well as own all communications from HQ to stores and ensure consistent brand guidelines.
What you'll need to succeed
At least 4 - 5 years of retail operations experience, preferably in the footwear industry. Passion for retail and the ability to engage with retail teams on the ground.
What you'll get in return
Salary ranges up to SGD5,500 base + AWS + Bonus.
