A leading multinational mining group is looking for an Invoicing and Shipping Documentation Officer (1 year contract, up to $4,500).

Your new role

As a Commercial Service Officer, you are responsible for accurate contract and order entry, prompt issuing of shipping documentation and generation of invoices and shipping documents are met timely and payment collections to meet business objectives.

Actively provide innovate solutions to streamline processes and commit to supporting digital Innovation projects.

• Accurately posts invoices, claims, credit, debit notes into SAP

• Prepare, issue and check shipping documentation

• Create Proforma LC Application for customers to issue LCs

• Generate invoice for payments and monitor shipment execution,

• Accurate Documentation preparation for negotiations of payment for Letter of Credit & DP orders

• Support Data Analysis/Reporting activities

• Ensure internal control and compliance protocols are adhered to at all times
