The client is a listed MNC that specialises within the networking space. It has been around since 1991 and has since expanded its reach globally in Europe and APAC, operating in more than 2,500 locations and over 55 countries.

Your new role

The role requires the ideal candidate to supervise the maintenance work of engineers who are on site. Making sure that incidents and reports are met timely and resolved in an orderly manner without leaving anything undone. The candidate will also have to step in to do hands-on work when there is a need for coverage. The role does require the person to come up with strategic decisions on how the technology can be used effectively and come up with new implementations and improve processes.

What you'll need to succeed

- 8+ years in the satellite/networking space

- Satellite technology knowledge - TCP/IP, teleport management and maintenance

- Meticulous and able to handle multiple scope at once
- Management or Supervision experience in advantageous
