Further supporting the growth of the business in Asia, the firm is looking for a Regional HR Manager to centralise and design strategies to strengthen its people capital plans.
You will find yourself in a position to lead the HR function across Asia and work closely with HR counterparts and key stakeholders as a business partner in their respective regions to facilitate commercial performance.
Your role will largely focus around the strategising and operational execution of said strategies around Talent Management, Compensation and Benefits, Operational Rigour and HR digitalisation.What you'll need to succeed
We are looking for an experienced HR personnel with relevant experience around setting strategies and business partnering.
The ideal candidate will also come with regional HR experience and flexibility for travelling on the job.What you'll get in return
