Your new company
My client, one of the foreign leading insurance firm, is currently looking for a Senior Internal Auditor to work in their flagship Singapore office.
Your new role
Reporting to the head of department, you are required to provide independent assurance to management on the effectiveness of risk management, control and governance processes of the insurance firm in Singapore. You will be involved in end-to-end audit project planning through developing audit program, perform risk analysis, control identification, test work, reporting, and subsequently ensure the timely implementation of the plan in line with applicable best practices. You will participate in change or continuous improvement effort to optimize the internal audit operating model.
What you'll need to succeed
- At least 4 years of internal audit or second line assurance experience in life insurance, general insurance, reinsurance or insurance broking industry
- Strong understanding of risk management, internal controls, compliance and auditing standards
- Regional / in-house audit experience within insurance or banking industry will be preferred
- Familiar with data analytics tools will be an added advantage
