You will be working for a reputable market leader in the healthcare specialisation who is looking for a Leadership Development and Organizational Development Director to be based in Singapore. With demand increasing, it is seeking to expand and grow a team of people who have a strong passion to be the change driver in L&OD.

Responsibilities:

• Cultivate a leadership culture based on meaningful relationships
• Enhance learning capacity through both formal and informal programs, structures, and platforms.
• Strengthen the workforce for the future by leveraging value-creation tools, technology enablement, and innovation.
• Develop and implement a roadmap for management and talent development, focusing on grooming future healthcare leaders.
• Create and manage management development plans and budgets to address human capital needs and add value for staff.
• Collaborate with HR to support workforce growth strategies and foster the leadership pipeline.

Requirements:

• Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or related fields.
• Possess a minimum of 10–12 years of relevant experience in leading organisational development, leadership development, and talent management within an organisation.
