Your new role

• It involves workflow design that has been proposed and a solution-to conduct testing and engage with clients to ensure requirements are met.
• A client-facing position, where management is important, requires pushback if necessary.
• Liaise with clients, internal IT teams and business SMEs to manage and implement the project
• It involves heavy implementation and workflow design, which may change on the go. This is related to products that deal with private equity.

What you'll need to succeed

• Extensive knowledge and experience with Private Equity (Funds of Funds, Loans, Direct Investment), will be essential in understanding the workstream flows.
• Be able to drive and lead conversations, including managing clients on pushback with relation to private equity
• Have experience with workflow design, solution and implementation, including evaluating the necessity of client demand and managing them accordingly
• Have experience with testing, planning, execution and issue resolution through working with IT Team and Business SMEs
• Be a bridge between business and technology
