My client is a reputable market-leader within the banking industry who is looking for an Operations Assistant Manager based in Singapore to join their newly expanded team!

Your new role

You will be appointed to a supervisory position at back office which handles establishing and updating of customers’ data to customers’ file management as well as assisting the front desk to deal customers’ affairs. You will be required to manage full set of account opening documents, review customer data, data entry into the system, assist AML, and other relevant affairs. Operation Assistant Managers must ensure all control measures are in compliance with the Bank’s regulations and as such you will be responsible for reviewing and updating policies and SOPs to ensure in line with business, ensure timely and accurate processing of client’s account maintenance request and oversee day-to-day operational client onboarding activities.

What you'll need to succeed

• Minimum 4 years of KYC onboarding experience in banking industry
• Professional knowledge of KYC and AML
• Familiar with MAS regulations, rules and guidelines
• Bilingual candidates are welcome - Good command of written and spoken as this role

requires email correspondence and periodic reports for Singapore Branch and HQ in Taiwan.
