Your new role
We are seeking an experienced Talent Management professional to join a well-established Talent Management team. In this role, you will partner closely with business leaders and HR stakeholders to drive talent identification, succession planning, and leadership development initiatives across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities
What you'll need to succeed
Degree-qualified in Human Resources, Organisational Psychology, Business, or a related discipline.
Minimum 8 years of experience within Talent Management, Succession Planning, Leadership Development, Organisational Development, or related HR specialisations.
Hands-on experience managing talent review cycles, succession planning frameworks, and talent assessment processes.
Familiarity with talent assessment tools would be advantageous.
Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to engage and influence leaders across different levels of the organisation.
Strong analytical capabilities with experience interpreting workforce data and translating insights into actionable recommendations.
Self-driven, resourceful, and passionate about talent development and organisational growth.
