Your new role

As an Indoor Account Executive, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth, acquiring new customers, and managing a defined portfolio of accounts. You will focus on identifying new business opportunities while nurturing existing client relationships to maximise long-term value.

Key responsibilities include:
  • Driving revenue through up-selling and cross-selling initiatives
  • Developing and executing sales plans to achieve targets
  • Acquiring new clients and expanding existing accounts
  • Converting leads into active customers through effective engagement
  • Building and maintaining strong client relationships
  • Ensuring commercial agreements align with internal guidelines
  • Maintaining accurate sales and customer records
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve client issues effectively

What you'll need to succeed

  • Proven experience in a sales or business development role (B2B experience preferred)
  • Prior experience in logistics, supply chain, freight, or banking/financial services industries will be highly advantageous.
  • Strong results-driven mindset with a proactive approach
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools
  • Diploma or equivalent qualification preferred
